Team leadership when new processes or AI change the work

The dry run is under way, the first processes have been switched over, and everyone in the team is asking what it means for them. When new processes or AI change how people work, that is also a task for leadership. In business and management coaching we work on your decisions, your leadership and your own resilience.

Who it is for

For leaders in the middle of the changeover.

Systems and processes can be described and introduced. Whether they hold in daily work depends on whether the people who use them come along. This coaching is for owners, managing directors and leaders who are responsible for this change in their team.

01

Decisions under time pressure

What is switched over first? What can the team take on, and what not? Questions like these affect numbers and people at once. We put them in order with you before you decide.

02

Your role in the team

You are expected to give direction even when you do not know every answer. We discuss what you can tell the team, what you may leave open and where you have to lead clearly.

03

AI in daily work

Where AI drafts, responsibilities have to be clear: who checks? Who decides? We work out with you how to anchor these rules in the team. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide.

04

Resilience

A change takes longer than the project plan. We work on how you judge your own resilience, so that you can see the phase through without losing yourself.

Coaching in cooperation with a coaching academy.

Process

Clearly agreed.
Put in writing.

Before every step you know what happens, what it costs and who is responsible.

01First conversation

We clarify what is changing, who is affected and what timeframe you have, in person in Dubai or by video. Afterwards you know whether coaching fits.

02Scope and proposal

You receive in writing what is agreed, what is out of scope and what it costs, before you decide.

03Confidentiality

On request, a confidentiality agreement before we see anything. You may also voice doubts about plans and people.

04Sessions

You bring the situation in your team and we work on your decisions and your role: one-to-one or with the team, at a rhythm we set together.

05Review

Together we look at what has become clearer and what is still open. Then you decide whether and how to continue.

Limits

What the coaching is not.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. In an acute mental health crisis, please seek medical help or call emergency services.

The coaching accompanies you as a leader. Which processes change and where AI can take over work is a different topic; read about it under AI & automation. We do not promise a result; the decisions stay with you.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do you also carry out the new processes or the AI rollout?

That is a separate topic. We assess what an AI assistant can take over and where a person has to decide. The coaching, by contrast, accompanies you as a leader.

Who decides what AI takes over in the team?

You do. AI tools prepare and draft, a person checks every result, and you decide what gets implemented.

Is the coaching one-to-one or with the team?

Both are possible. We settle in the first conversation what suits your situation.

What does the coaching cost?

We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.

The next step

Tell us what is changing for you.

A few lines are enough. We settle the rest in the first conversation.
