AI and automation where they take work off your hands

Inbox, receipts, quotes and reports take time in many offices every day. We assess what an AI assistant can take over and where a person has to decide. Every automation starts as a dry run, every action is logged, and nothing goes out unless a person approves it.

Who it is for

For offices with repetitive work.

This topic suits owners and managing directors of small and medium-sized companies in Dubai whose teams spend a lot of time on mail, receipts, quotes and reports — and who want to know what a machine can prepare without handing over control.

01

Rating candidates

We collect the repetitive tasks in your office and assess which suit an AI assistant and which do not. The result is a rated list, not a blanket statement.

02

Setting up assistants

If you wish, we set up assistants for the tasks you choose. Every automation starts as a dry run before it runs in everyday work.

03

Rules and approvals

What an assistant may do and what it may not, we agree beforehand. Every action is logged; nothing goes out unless a person approves it.

04

Briefing the team

We brief your team: what the assistant prepares, what people check and where they step in. Processes and systems only change when the people who carry them come along.

Process

Clearly agreed.
Put in writing.

Before every step you know what happens, what it costs and who is responsible.

01First conversation

We clarify where repetitive work eats time in your company and what you want to achieve — in person in Dubai or by video.

02Scope and proposal

You receive in writing what will be delivered, what is out of scope and what it costs — before you decide.

03Rating candidates

We look at inbox, receipts, quotes and reports and assess what an AI assistant can take over and where a person has to decide. On request there is a confidentiality agreement first.

04Dry run

Selected tasks start as a dry run. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide. Every action is logged.

05Rules, briefing, handover

We set the rules and approvals, brief your team and hand over with documentation and one contact for questions afterwards.

Limits

What AI does not take over.

An AI assistant drafts and can be wrong; that is why a person checks every result and the decision stays with you. We do not tell you in advance how much time an automation will bring; the dry run shows whether it is worth it. Tax, VAT and legal questions, even when they turn up in receipts or contracts, stay with your accountant.

Common questions

Good to know.

You work with AI — who is responsible?

We are. AI tools prepare and draft; a person checks every result before you see it, and you decide what gets implemented.

Does the AI send emails by itself?

No. Nothing goes out unless a person approves it.

What is a dry run?

Every automation starts as a dry run before it is used in everyday work. Every action is logged, so that you can follow what happened.

Which data does the AI see?

We work with the access we need and no more. If AI tools process your material during our work, they receive only the smallest excerpt needed for it.

What does it cost?

We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.

You do not need to know the answer yet. A few lines are enough.
