Put processes in order before a system decides

In many companies the enquiry arrives in the inbox, the quote lives in a spreadsheet and the invoice comes from a third program. We map how an order travels from enquiry to invoice today, describe how it should run in future and, if you wish, set it up in iSAP.ONE: as a pilot, alongside your current system.

Who it is for

For companies whose processes grew along the way.

This topic suits owners and managing directors of small and medium-sized companies in Dubai who spread purchasing, stock, orders and invoices across several tools and want to know how it could run better — with or without a new system.

01

From enquiry to quote

Who takes enquiries, where they land and how they turn into a quote: we note who does what, where it gets stuck and what is entered twice.

02

Purchasing and stock

How purchasing, stock and orders connect. The aim for trade and e-commerce: purchasing, stock, orders and invoices in one flow instead of five spreadsheets.

03

From order to invoice

How an order becomes an invoice and how the receipt reaches your accountant. For service firms, quote, project, time and invoice belong together.

04

Target processes and system

We describe in plain language how the processes should run in future. Only then comes the question of the tool — if you wish, iSAP.ONE, the iSAP Group's ERP system.

Process

Clearly agreed.
Put in writing.

Before every step you know what happens, what it costs and who is responsible.

01First conversation

We clarify your situation, your goal and the timeframe — in person in Dubai or by video. Afterwards you know whether mapping your processes is the right place to start.

02Scope and proposal

You receive in writing what will be delivered, what is out of scope and what it costs — before you decide.

03Mapping the processes

We map your processes from enquiry through quote, purchasing and stock to invoice. On request there is a confidentiality agreement first; we work with the access we need and no more.

04Describing target processes

We describe how the processes should run in future. AI tools prepare and draft. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide.

05Pilot and handover

If you wish, we set the processes up in iSAP.ONE, alongside your current system. Before the pilot you get in writing where your data is stored and who can see it. At the end there is a handover, documentation and one contact for questions afterwards.

Limits

What this is not.

We offer iSAP.ONE as a pilot, not as a replacement for your running system: your current system keeps running unless you decide otherwise. Tax, VAT and legal questions stay with your accountant; company formation and licences go through licensed partners.

Common questions

Good to know.

Do I have to switch off my current system?

No. The pilot in iSAP.ONE runs alongside your current system.

Where is my data stored in the pilot?

Before a pilot you receive in writing where your data is stored and who can see it.

Will my accountant get access?

They receive the plan and, in a pilot, access if you wish. Tax, VAT and legal questions stay with them.

Do I need iSAP.ONE to work with you?

No. iSAP.ONE is available if you wish. Mapping your processes and describing the future ones is a separate step before it.

What does it cost?

We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.

You do not need to know the answer yet. A few lines are enough.
