Getting the IT basics of a small business in order

Mail, domains, data backups and access rights have grown over the years, set up with different providers, and nobody has the full picture. We set the basics up on the providers you already use — and, where it makes sense, your website and your iPhone app on Apple's App Store.

Who it is for

For companies whose IT has grown with the business.

The blocks suit owners and managing directors of small and medium-sized companies in Dubai. For practices and clinics we take particular care with access rights and data. If you first want to know what to do first, start with the Two-day check.

01

Mail and domains

Who owns the domain, where do the mailboxes run, who may manage them? We set up mail and domains on the providers you already use. You do not have to switch for things to be in order.

02

Data backups

Whether your data is backed up is often only checked after a loss. We set up data backups on the providers you already use, or put them in order, before anything is missing.

03

Access rights

Who may see and change what? We sort the access rights on the principle that everyone gets only what they need. That applies to us as well.

04

Website and iPhone app

This includes your website and, where it makes sense, publishing your iPhone app on Apple's App Store. Other stores are not part of the offer.

How it works

Look first,
then set up.

Before every block there is a written proposal with scope and costs.

01First conversation

We clarify which providers you use, what bothers you and what you need — in person in Dubai or by video.

02Review

The starting point can be the Two-day check: we look at mail, domains, data backups and access as they are set up today, and put in writing what is missing and what comes first.

03Scope and proposal

You receive in writing what will be delivered, what is out of scope and what it costs — before you decide.

04Set-up and check

We set up what has been agreed, on your providers. AI tools prepare; a person checks every result before you see it. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide.

05Handover

At the end there is a handover, documentation and one contact for questions afterwards. Access we no longer need is withdrawn.

Limits

What this block is not.

The blocks run on the providers you already use. We publish only on Apple's App Store; other stores are not part of the offer. Tax, VAT and legal questions stay with your advisers.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Do I have to change providers?

No. We set up mail, domains, data backups and access rights on the providers you already use.

Who gets access to our systems?

We work with the access we need and no more. On request, there is a confidentiality agreement before we see anything.

Do you also publish on Google Play?

No. Publishing is limited to Apple's App Store.

Do I need the two-day check first?

The check is our starting point: it shows what is missing and what comes first. How you begin, we clarify in the first conversation.

What does it cost?

We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.

The next step

Tell us where it is stuck.

You do not need to know the answer yet. A few lines are enough.
