Occasion: an idea before launch

Test your business idea before you quit, sign a lease or invest

Whether an idea holds up is easier to settle before launch than after. Three perspectives assess the business model, a simulated buyer panel surfaces the objections, and a financial model works out how much money you need until it carries itself.

Who it is for

For anyone with an idea that is meant to become a business.

The test is for founders and start-ups who have not yet quit, signed a lease or invested. Business model, numbers and launch are tested before the capital is committed. The full coaching is described under Start-up coaching.

01

Does the model hold?

Three perspectives assess your business model. You see which assumptions are backed up and which are not yet, before you put money on them.

02

Who is already there?

We map the competition from public sources: who makes similar offers and where your idea has to differ so that customers choose it.

03

What would buyers object to?

A simulated buyer panel surfaces the objections you might hear later. Simulated buyers do not replace real ones, so a test in the market follows at the end. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide.

04

How much money do I need?

The financial model works out margin, break-even and how much money you need until the first profit. From it comes a business plan whose verdict is calculated from your numbers.

How it works

Questions first,
money second.

Before every step you know what happens and what it costs.

01First conversation

We clarify what you plan, how far the idea has come and when you have to decide — in person in Dubai or by video.

02Confidentiality

Sensible with an idea in particular: on request, a confidentiality agreement before we see anything. We work with the access we need and no more.

03Model and competition

Three perspectives assess the business model; the competition is mapped from public sources. AI tools prepare, and a person checks every result before you see it.

04Buyer panel and numbers

The simulated buyer panel gathers objections, and the financial model works out margin, break-even and cash needed.

05Verdict and test in the market

The business plan carries a verdict calculated from your numbers. A low-cost test in the market follows; whatever you want implemented, we deliver in clearly scoped blocks.

Limits

What the test is not.

Simulated buyers do not replace real ones — so every test ends with a low-cost test in the market. The verdict is a calculation from your numbers and no guarantee of success. Company formation, licences and tax questions go through licensed partners; tax questions stay with your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

What if the idea does not hold?

Then you see it before capital is committed. What follows is your decision.

How meaningful is a simulated buyer panel?

It shows possible objections but does not replace real buyers. That is why every test ends with a low-cost test in the market.

Do I need a business plan already?

No. The business plan comes at the end; its verdict is calculated from your numbers.

Will you set up the company for me?

No. Company and licences go through licensed partners. We prepare what you need for it and make sure accounting and IT are in place from day one.

What does it cost?

We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.

The next step

Tell us about your idea.

A few lines are enough. On request we agree confidentiality up front.
