Second company or branch in Dubai: getting admin and IT in order
When a second branch or a second company is coming, it shows whether your administration is built for it. We prepare business model, numbers and plan, and make sure accounting and IT are in place from day one. The formation itself goes through licensed partners.
Owners and managing directors of small and medium-sized companies in Dubai who face a second branch, a second company, a new licence or an audit date and whose administration is not built for it. Our contribution comes before and alongside the formation, not inside it.
01
Processes across two units
How an enquiry becomes a quote and an order becomes an invoice when two branches or two companies are involved: who does what, where it gets stuck, what is entered twice. We describe the target processes before the second unit starts.
02
Accounting and receipts
How a receipt reaches the books has to be clear for the new unit. We make sure accounting is in place from day one; if you wish, we set processes up in iSAP.ONE, as a pilot, alongside your current system. Your accountant receives the plan.
03
IT for the new unit
Mail, domains, data backups and access rights should be set up from the first day on the providers you use. More under IT basics.
04
Business model, numbers and plan
Does the second unit hold up? We prepare business model, numbers and plan so that you and your licensed partners can work with them.
How it works
Plan first, then formation.
The order is the core: what gets prepared first is fixed in writing beforehand.
01First conversation
We clarify what is coming — branch, company, licence or audit date — and by when. In person in Dubai or by video.
02Scope and proposal
You receive in writing what will be delivered, what is out of scope and what it costs, before you decide.
03Review
Two days for processes, admin, IT and online presence as they are today. AI tools prepare; a person checks every result before you see it. AI drafts. A person checks. You decide.
04Plan for the new unit
Business model, numbers and plan, plus an action plan with order, costs and who does what. Points on tax, VAT or law appear in it as observations, never as recommendations.
05Partners and blocks
Company and licences go through licensed partners. Whatever you want us to implement, such as the IT basics, we deliver in clearly scoped blocks.
Limits
What we do not do.
We do not form companies and we do not obtain licences: company and licences go through licensed partners. Tax, VAT and legal questions stay with your accountant; in the plan they appear as observations, never as recommendations. We do not tell you which legal form or licence you need.
Frequently asked questions
Good to know.
Will you set up the second company for me?
No. Company and licences go through licensed partners. We prepare what you need for it — business model, numbers, plan — and make sure accounting and IT are in place from day one.
Which legal form or licence do I need?
Licensed partners and your accountant clarify that. We give no recommendation on it.
What is the first step?
A first conversation, in person in Dubai or by video. Afterwards you know whether the two-day check or a single block fits.
Will my existing accounting be changed?
In the two-day check your books are not touched. Anything further we agree in writing before it starts.
What does it cost?
We clarify that in the first conversation. Before we start, you receive a written proposal with scope and costs.
The next step
Tell us what is coming.
You do not need to know the answer yet. A few lines are enough.
