Learn to coach: guide people in a structured way

Your work runs on conversations: you run a team, advise clients or support colleagues. Here you learn to guide people in a structured way, with conversation, questioning and role clarity, and you apply it in your own practice.

Who it is for

For everyone whose work runs on conversations.

Whether you manage a team, advise clients or support others in their work: you are looking for a structure for conversations in which the point is not your advice, but that the other person clarifies their own topic. This offer is made for exactly that.

01

Conversation

How you open a conversation, stay with the topic and bring it to a close that both sides can work with.

02

Questioning

How questions open a conversation up or narrow it down. You practise asking so that the other person keeps thinking for themselves instead of just taking over your answer.

03

Role clarity

When you speak as a manager, as an adviser or as a coach. Whoever keeps the roles apart guides more clearly and avoids expectations that nobody can meet.

04

Practice cases

You work on cases and apply what you learn in your own practice. The material comes from your work, not from a textbook.

Coaching in cooperation with a coaching academy.

Process

Clearly agreed.
Put in writing.

Before every step you know what happens, what it costs and who is responsible.

01First conversation

We clarify where you stand today, where you want to run conversations in a more structured way and what timeframe you have, in person in Dubai or by video. Afterwards you know whether the offer fits.

02Scope and proposal

You receive in writing what the programme covers, what is out of scope and what it costs, before you decide.

03Confidentiality

Practice cases often touch third parties. We agree in writing beforehand how they are handled, on request with a confidentiality agreement.

04Practising

You practise conversation, questioning and role clarity on practice cases and receive feedback on your approach.

05Applying it in your practice

You use what you have learned in your work. Together we look at what worked and what you want to adjust.

Limits

What not to expect here.

This page describes what you practise: conversation, questioning, role clarity. We make no statement here about qualifications or recognition. You receive the scope and content of the programme in writing before you start.

Anyone who guides people stays within the frame of coaching. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. In an acute mental health crisis, please seek medical help or call emergency services.
